1. Digital Products & Licenses

No refunds once a digital product or license key is delivered/downloaded.

Please read descriptions carefully and contact support before purchase if unsure.
2. Affiliate Products

All affiliate product purchases are governed by the respective third-party policies.

We do not process refunds for affiliate products. Contact the seller directly. How ever we do provide assistance on refund process related to products owned by Paul Ponna.
3. Physical Products

Refunds/replacements allowed only for damaged or defective items.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be returned unused and in original packaging.
4. Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once processed.

Physical product orders can be canceled only if not yet shipped.
